1. Data we collect
Account details (name, email), workspace content (posts, brand voices, schedules), connected-channel tokens, and usage data (features used, device and browser info). We collect only what the service needs to work.
2. How we use it
To run the product: generate drafts in your brand voice, schedule and publish posts, compute strategy insights, and provide support. We never sell your data, and we never post to your channels without your instruction.
3. AI processing
Your brand voice and drafts are sent to our AI providers solely to generate your content. Your data is not used to train third-party foundation models.
4. Third parties and cookies
We share data only with processors that run the service (hosting, payments, AI, analytics) under data-processing agreements. We use essential cookies for login and a privacy-friendly analytics tool — no cross-site ad tracking.
5. Retention and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep your workspace data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account deletion, except where law requires longer retention.
6. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time — in-app or by writing to privacy@postsaas.io. EU/EEA users have the full set of GDPR rights, including complaint to a supervisory authority.
